Zenith Chan Hoi Yu, also known by her online handle, Jar of Rubies, is an independent artist currently studying Animation Art in Singapore.

Her digital artwork is defined mainly by her bright use of colours and otherworldly subject matter, creating an ethereal depiction of human emotion and mood. These pieces are inspired by her own tumultuous mind. Growing up, the artist she admired the most was Wenqing Yan (Yuumei), and her work helped drive her to become the artist that she is today. Currently, she also draws inspiration from other artists such as Yan Qin Weng (Loika) and Alexandra Kern (ZandraArt).

During her free time, Zenith likes spending time at home with her two most beloved dogs.
