Aura Gaitán, also known as Aura de Papel is a graphic designer who specialises in illustration. Her work is influenced by cartoons and comics and often features flora, fauna and bold colours.

Aura’s artwork depicts vibrant illustrated worlds and her detailed images aim to tell small stories.

Love, passion and discipline are the pillars of her work. She loves learning about the craft of illustration and is constantly seeking new challenges and ways of expressing herself.

Aura resides in Bogota, and her personal projects have led her to become a strong female representative in the Colombian illustration community.
