HORSEHEAD is a partnership of two Mexican illustrators, Patricia Cruz and Adrián Monroy graduates of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; they navigate through various areas of art and design in the Mexico City’s art scene. Using illustration as their main source, this artists delve into the possibility of finding a clash between magical and mundane elements via animal depiction and fantastical elements with a hint of sense of humor and irony.
