Valentina is a graphic designer and illustrator based in London. Her main interests are book and editorial design, alongside typography and illustration.
She studied Fine Art and Design for Visual Communication in Slovenia, and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Design for Visual Communication at the London College of Communication.
The inspiration for Valentina’s work comes from art, visual communication, literature and more. She is passionate about paper, collage and print, valuing contemporary digital solutions.
She has worked for various clients such as The Times and The Economist. Valentina created the featured images for The Economist’s digital campaign aimed at promoting Pierre Arpels Heure d’ici & Heure d’ailleurs men’s watch – a poetic interpretation of travel with dual time zones.
