Juan Rodriguez Cuberes
Juan Rodriguez is an illustrator and graphic designer originally from Argentina and now residing in Melbourne, Australia.
Juan is a self-taught illustrator who also studied graphic design at Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is inspired by Escher, Shohei Otomo, McBess, tattoo artists and nature.
Juan’s illustrations depict a diverse, and broad range of interests and experiences. He enjoys focusing on details and uses stippling as a primary technique in his current works. He has an attachment for using traditional canvases such as paper, however in recent years he has used wooden skate decks as an innovative canvas in which to depict his illustrations.
Juan works primarily on personal projects or commissions.
