Manuel Kilger studied Communication Design and Illustration in Nuremberg, Germany, where he also currently resides. He works as a freelance illustrator and his clients include magazines, advertising agencies, network stations, children’s books and games companies. His work has been commissioned by Sony, Cartoon Network, MTV Germany, Newgrounds, Nickelodeon, VW, Amazon, Kurzgesagt, GEO Magazin and many more. He regularly takes part in miscellaneous national and international exhibitions.

Manuel mainly works digitally. His work is inspired by traveling, comics, cartoons and TV shows from the 80s and 90s. His illustrations are characterised by a lot of imagination, an eye for fancy details and often an ironic touch.
