Phanatique (Suzanne Nieuman)
Drawing and telling stories through images has been a passion of Suzanne Nieuman’s from a young age. She now runs her creative practice, Phanatique from Groningen, The Netherlands.
Describing her practice and creative style, Suzanne says, “Phanatique is a fancy Dutch name for ‘fanatic’, but then different; just like my work. I’m driven as a person, focussing on functionality and details in design. Always wanting to deliver quality for my clients, no matter how small or big the project is.
If I have to describe my style in a few words, it will be: flat, consistent, detailed, vibrant and colorful. Sometimes abstract, but always with a deeper meaning or thought. I like to use simplicity and to experiment with different styles. Platforms like Dribbble, Behance and just the park around the corner keep me inspired every day.”
