Miwa Goto is a Japanese artist currently working and residing in Paris, France.

After her graduation from Bunka Fashion College, she made a noteworthy debut as an illustrator working with Vogue Nippon. Her work continues to be well received in the fields of editorials, ads, textiles, and the like. Her illustrations have been exhibited in Tokyo and New York.

Moving to Europe in 2007 allowed her to find new inspiration and brought her the opportunity to live in both France and Ireland.

Miwa is inspired by fashion, travelling, and by her favorite artists Hokusai and Ruben Toledo. She creates fresh and exciting pieces utilizing simple colors and edgy lines. Her newest series, ‘Jeans Collection’, is made with pieces of her old jeans.
