Loïc Bouchet

Loïc Bouchet is a French illustrator living in Paris.

“I work with a subtle blend of clear lines, both sensitive and nervous, then very dark areas are voluntarily accentuated. I like to give a sense of vibration to my drawings, a particular and recognisable aura.

My style is a mosaic of influences, a hybrid amalgam where memories, references and interpretations meet.

I am inspired by female form, fashion, decorative patterns, African and Indian motifs, jewellery, tattoos, American street culture, pop art, counter culture, psychedelic posters and the Afro Punk movement.”

Loïc has participated in numerous exhibitions and events. In particular, the International Exhibition of Contemporary Art hosted at the Carrousel du Louvre.
