Edgar A. Reyes
Edgar is the founder and art director of Poeticsouvenir, a Puebla- Mexico City based studio with a contemporary approach of Mexican visual tradition. His goal is to reflect his identity and cultural background through effective design solutions for books, magazines, branding systems, and gig posters. He has developed commercial and research editorial projects for the Mexican, Latin American and Spanish market.
To date, Edgar has created over 20 font families. His work has been exhibited in Mexico, Latin America, Poland, Russia, Spain and the United States. Since 2005, he has been creating stencil art under the pseudonym UNDO Visual Thinking. His artworks are part of the IMSS (Mexican Heath Institute), Foundation Televisa and Paulson & Co. art collections.
