Ana is a Bogotá, Colombia based art director and graphic designer. specialising in branding, print design and packaging.

“My work is defined by the quality use of typography and a stylish and clean aesthetic. I am passionate about the concept behind each design I create and I am obsessed with details and presentation.

I graduated in 2007 from Javeriana University in Visual Arts. I have worked in different ad agencies and design studios and have my own design project known as Kyo Type.

I have developed a visual language inspired by graphic design of the 50s, 60s and 70s. My work is also heavily inspired by designers such as Scott Hansen, Paula Scher, Mr Cup and design studios like Ptarmak, Anagrama and UnderConsideration LLC. I sometimes work from hand drawn sketches but my main work tools are Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.”
