While I was obtaining my Associate’s degree in Graphic Communications in 2015, I discovered my love for letters. After learning the basics by the end of my schooling, I turned towards a self-teaching method and learned hand-lettering. Practice daily for over two years has expanded my knowledge and skill level of the craft.
My go-to choice of lettering is a cursive-style, but I love to explore with serifs, textures and fitting type into illustrative layouts. I love the textures you can achieve with a brush pen or a dried up Crayola, but my go-to would have to be my iPad.
