Michael Morgenstern Illustrates
Michael Morgenstern illustrates for many of the leading magazine and book publishers within the United States and around the globe. He was selected as one of the “Best 200 illustrators Worldwide” and one of the “Best 200 Digital Artists Worldwide” by Luerzer’s Archive. He has been recognised by Print, American Illustration, Spectrum and Folio.
Some of his notable clients include The Economist, The New York Times, Random House, Adobe, Farrar Strauss and Giroux, The Wall Street Journal, and The Chronicle of Higher Education, among many others.
He holds a Master’s degree in Education from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Communications from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
Michael began making visual art after losing his right arm, as a way of gaining dexterity in his left hand. He moved to New York City, exhibited in galleries, and studied technique at The School of Visual Arts, Parsons and The Art Student’s League. He went on to a successful career as an illustrator and has been illustrating professionally for the past 20 years.
