Anthroe
Anthroe is an illustrator and muralist from Los Angeles, California. His inspiration is derived from the urban landscape of Los Angeles, as well as, the diverse California wilderness. After years of documenting and archiving Los Angeles’ murals and street art, Anthroe has begun a body of work based on the colour and design relationships that reflect his surroundings. His paintings often depict endangered species and fractured elements of the man-made environment. By juxtaposing these natural and constructed elements, Anthroe is exploring complex relationships between nature and technology.
